I will like to bring to your notice about the Bad customer experience which I got from the ICICI Bank.
Pls check the trail mail in which the Bank has claimed that they had made the complete payment. I am having my account with ICICI bank since more than 4 years and never ever called up in customer care, but due to such bad service from ICICI ATM machine I was compelled to complaint against the same in ICICI and they had not given me a satisfactory answer.
As per my observations since so many years, when we withdraw the money through ATM for more than rs 500 like for eg when we withdraw 600, 1100 it gives all the 500rs note and one 100 rs note, so my question is how come when I withdrawed rs 5500 it gave me six 100 rs note?

This is to bring to your notice that the amount dispensed from the below ATM is incorrect. As soon as I checked the amount given by the ATM I was shocked to see that it had given me a short rs 400. The amount which I had withdraw was rs 5, 500 and it gave me rs 5, 100. When I checked again I realised that between two 500rs note there was one rs 100 note, so I think that must be the reason why it has given me 400rs less.
I registered the complaint in customer care for which I got the SR number : 121406358, but I have got one Sms today stating that we are unable to reverse the transaction as it has been fully paid.
This not the kind of service expected from such a reputed company Like ICICI Bank
Pls get the details of the amount which I got, and would like to inform you that I have not spend the money and they are still available with me.
