LPC charged of RS.584 on unpaid amt of Rs.100

HI,

My self SIddharth Lonkar, i m using ICICI Card since last 4 years 7 every time i have paid outstnding against this card on time, only in the month of March'10 wrongly i have paid short amount of Rs.100/- from my outstanding of Rs.16745/- (i have paid 16645/-). And only for this short paid of Rs.100/- ICICI have charged of Rs.645/-.

So can you pls help me to resolve this issue.

I think ICICI should not not charged any LPC on regular coustomers ho is paying all dues on time in every payment cycle.
