Not activating my credit card even after the payment made

I am sirish.k i am holding icici silver credit card as the bank people has collected all the funds which i am suppose to pay from my icici salary account with out any prior notice and now they are not activating my credit card so can any one help with the same they have collected all the interests and dues also..
