Charging late fee and they are not changiing stament billiing date intentionall and charging late fee for the same

Dear Sir,

I have big problem in the ICICI Credit card no body is helping me out

My problem is mentioned below

I am using the credit card No. 4477 4701 2832 0018 from March till date

I use to get the credit card statement bill on time and it was due on 1st or 2nd or the month

Now from past three months they have changed the stament billing period and and the due date for payment to 26th of every month and they are charge

Big amount of late fees and they are not ready to change the billing period or reverse the late fee charges

Please help me out to change the billing period and to reverse the late fee charges of Rs.674.18 for the month of Jan

The Retention manager did not co-operate and the customer care manager did not co-operate for helping me in this regard

I have not defaulted the payment from 2003 till today I request to change the billing period and it should due on 2nd of every month which will be easy to me to pay
