ICICI Credit Card
Debited my account against a credit card not received by me

Hi Sir,

I have one ICICI Bank Account at Gurgaon with number 002101506983. There was around 27000 balance as of today at 4 PM. Suddently I have seen an amount of 26, 478/- is debited against one credit card number 4477460598128009, which credit has not been received by me till date and I am not owning such a credit card.

When I called the customer care they are simply telling so many numbers to call but no number is picking up.

I request you to immediately intervene in the matter and do the needful to get the amount of Rs.26, 478/- credited to my account back immediately.
