Credit Card issue

Hi,

I have ICICI credit Card for that credit Card some amount (around 4000/-) is debited to TATA AIG policy. which the Policy i didn't apply for this Credit Card.and also i never done any single transaction for my credit card. Also i have savings account in ICICI bank. Two weeks back credit card department blocked my savings account and the amount (13000/-) detected to my savings account with out my notice. And also i am not receiving any TATA AIG Policy documents from the policy company and also i dont have any information. I Complained so many time to ICICI Credit Card department.but they are not replied properly.

Please help me ho to get my money back.
