Are the Credit Card Statements to be sent in an open envelope? The envelope flap showed no evidence of glue / gum to secure it. The chembur Post office postman was also shown this, and is a witness.

Does this not expose the credit card number for uninvited unwanted activities on the part of miscreants.

The I.C.I.C.I bank (CHEMBUR) staff do not acknowledge the hard copy of the complaint. Why?

Whoever is responsible for this should be punished.

Does the Bank have no Responsibility to ensure safety?
