Respected Sir,

I am amjad pasha from bangalore i have been a icici bank customer from past many years. I have a credit card of icici bank no 4477466390989001 icici savings account. No 625101046574 Now im facing a problem with the bank regarding the credit card which i have only used it for 3 transaction max and i have cleared all the payment on time but the problem is they have debited Rs 7642.77 from my saving account stating that i have a due for the said amount which is unfair when i enquired in the bank they are not bothered at last they told me to visit credit card department where they asked me to do a final settlement for Rs 3500 in 3 part payment which is again unfair for me cause i have not done any transaction for the said amount i never use to get any statement for my credit card and bank account and all of a sudden i got a notice for the credit card stating dues for credit card will be automatically deducted from the savings account with in 7 days Notice Dated 29/10 which was deliverd to me on 3/11 in the said notice it was clearly mentioned the contact person Name: Arunima verma Contact number: 02240093882 / 3635 when i called to the numbers there was no one to answer the call till now, but the bank deducted the amount on the 2nd day itself. for this action from the bank my car insurance cheque was bounced which is again in icici lombard

Therefore i am requesting you for justice at the earliest
