ICICI Credit Card Complaints - Dispute of HSBC Credit Card

I have discussion with customer care for more than 4 times but there is no response regarding the issue. As I remember I talked to Mr. Rajeev Ranjan for the issue illustrated below. But they not answering clearly and cut the phone.

And they are without my permission detucting money form my saving account.
