ICICI Planning To cheat Me

Hi,

My Name is vishal Agrawat i have sellaried account and i have credit card also of ICICI.

I have recharge my mobile using my credit card of 393 RS on 8 day's ago. But after 2 days of that transaction when my mobile not refiled than i have mailed them they told me please let us know after 5 day's we will credit your money to your account if your mobile didn't refile. After 5 day's when my mobile didn't refile i have mailed to ICICI again they mailed me today (After 3 Day's):

"Dear Customer,

As per the revert of the service request SR77436903 the payment has been processed successfully for PREPAID MOBILE RECHARGE on 21/08 for the amount Rs 393.00. On the receipt of this request we have escalated this matter with the biller."

When i try to track this service request using my ICICI Internet banking Account this show me there is no open or closed request please enter correct Service request number.

I am smelling that ICICI trying to cheat me. I have also called ICICI customer care 5 to 6 times but after all verification the answer i got "Our all Customer care Executive are busy to handle other customers please call us after some time."

I didn't understand what should do now can i go to the Consumer court and file case?
