Dear Sir,
It is very sorry to state that ICICI being a very big corporate house, having no proper complaint cell via telephony. A number of times I have tried to contact the Executives on telephone, but to my utter surprise, there was not option on computer EPBX to speak to Customer Care Executives... I hope that I will get a response within two days to seek clarification on my bills which are showing a huge outstanding bill of Rs.9459/- for no reason, as all the dues have already been made.
Looking postively for a warm response from yr side.
