Refunding of amount blocked towards ICICI Lombards policy

Hello,

I have ICICI Credit card (5176537175796018). From this card they blocked an amount of 24261/- for ICICI Lombard insurance policy in Aug. I did a complain on this fraud then they returned a partial amount (13344/-). Please help me get the remaining amount as well as the amount which i paid as premium and interest of that premium.
