On receipt of staement of Credit Card of ICICI Bank for month of usage of August raise in Sept. made Complained to Customer Care and informed all about payment not made to BEST on 28/08 for Rs. 148/= through internet. Despite of taking complain, ask me to call another nos. which is not working, according to attended officer and call them after 7=00P.M. to that nos., despite of calling three times, not headway. I said it is your problem, and You should contact me. The Fax nos. given was also not working. Now this month they have raise further interst on money not spent by me. Although last bill paid in full for value I have purchased.
