Password not delivered

Hi,

I have not received ICICI Demat (linked to SB acc 000401647732) password for more than 15 days now. After checking they replied on mail that PIN mailer address is wrong, although they are sending quarterly statement to correct address. They are not replying even after 5 days of repeated mails to correct the their typing mistake. I am losing my money due to inability to transact.
