As in my earlier mails i had discussed about the irresponsible and careless approach from your customer service advisor's with regards to my imintpoints redemption and also the inappropriate information provided by them.
This time its the reply recd on the same, but no follow up or further inquiry has commenced since recd the mail stating will get in touch with you on your cell at the earliest. Its almost two weeks from the time I had recd the mail that no action has been taken.
Further I have also lost my points in the event but also feel unsecure and unprotected to use your services henceforth.
