Delay in settlement of claim

I got a pain in the back in the month of Novermber 2008 and admitted in Dr. Reddys Hospital. Immediately informed TTK Healthcare services which is TPA of ICICI Lombard. TTk had given a provisional approval. since Hospital has cashless facility, Hospital had submitted claim after my disharge.

TTK had sent a letter saying there are shortfall of documents which need to be submitted to process the claim. Subesequently alll the necessary documents submitted by the hospital. But TTK asking same documents again and even Doctor is saying that I don't know exactly what they need and how many times same documents to be submitted. The claim is very small and teatement also not complicated which need more supporting documnets. When I send a reply by Fax they are saying it has to be sent by courrier only and need hard copy only. It is clearly indicating their intention to delay further and further. And when I contact call centre, the same standrd reply they give every time and no access will be given to senior persons to interact and settle the issues.

And when I send a mail to ICICI Lombard will get reply after 7 days and same information we get what their TPA gives.

It is clearly understood that there is no interaction with the customers to resolving the issues.

And also there is no system of intervening and solving the issues if contineoud for long period.
