Up on my request to cancel & refund (Rs 13985.00) of the mediclaim policy issued to my name & family, which was issued by misguiding me by the DSA of ICICI Lombard, I was alloted complaint no. 3012082336 dtd 31.12.2008 by Ms. Saraswati of customer care dept of ICICI Lombard with a committment that with in 10 days the refund will be given. When ever I contacted the customer care dept (Mr. Yesudas on 10/01, Mr. Raj Kumar on 15/01) I was told same will be settled in next 5 days.
On 20.01.2009 another complaint no. 2001091883 in continuation to the above was given by Ms. Asha with again committment of 1 week to settle the case. On 07/02, after talking to Mr. Obaid & Ms. Durga I was given to know, as per ICICI Lombard records, that Rs 11887.00 was refunded to me on 03/01 and Rs. 2098.00 on 05/02. But till date the same has not been credited to my creidt account # 4317 5752 2450 6056.
May I request for help in getting the refund at the earliest.
