ICICI Lombard General Insurance
Refund not yet granted for policy which was disapproved

I have applied online for motor insurance through icici lombard. The policy was not given to me stating that vehicle was not fit for policy where as surveyor never visited and checked the vehicle.

When i asked for refund for amount taken for policy lombard personells are asking for my credit card statements which i have already sent.

i am following up from them from last 6 months but there has been no firm commitment., i am mentally harrsed.

I have written mails in this regrd to icici and they are just not looking upon their records and want to verify my records whether i have paid money or not. This is rediculous and utter nonsense.

I look for refund of money and damages
