After a call from Lombard they charged me on my credit card for 2 years general insurance. After which i never heard from them. Neither they send me any acknowledgement, info on the insurance benefits, no TTK card given. After 1 year when i write to their customer care, they promised to send me the card, which after 2 years full service period is over have never sent. They have hidden the service benefits from me. They call again at the end of the tenure for renewal.
I have not been able to go for treatment for the want of heavy bills which can arise.
I exchanged some discussions with customer care regarding this, they are not ready to compensate with anything or not been able to do anything.
