Poor Service

I am Nilesh Sawant holding motor policy number 3001/51259625/00/000 which was got expired on 19th Feb midnight. I wanted to renew this policy but i have not received any renewal notice or a reminder call from a company this time. when i called on toll free number of ICICI Lombard company i have been told that the compnay normally send us the renewal notice 45 days before the expiry of the policy, but i haven't received any intimation from the comapany. One of the customer service person told me that i will be given no claim bonus as well as a discount on a new policy as there was a mistake from the company. I said ok just let me know the premium amount so that i can pay it immediately but my phone got cut & again when i have dialled this number again the other executive told me we can not give any no claim bonus on this policy. Can somebody expalin me why should i bear the losses because of the comapny mistake. Let me know, i hope this complaint will be responded positively. Thanks.
