I have taken one health insurance policy with ICICI lombard on 20th Feb over phone, but their executivd booked it as motor insurance policy by mistake. Since then I called up their call centre many times but except only apology no action taken. I tried to talk some senior person, but nobody came on line.
I then approached thru their online customer conplaints site and got an interaction ID 260208739 dated 26th Feb'08 . Almost I am following up everyday by net to customer service head, but not a single response from their side.
Now I am already debited Rs 2962 towards car insurance which I have not taken at all and another 2 days I am going to loose my IT benifits for not able to take policy under 80 D.
Please help me to resolve the issue.
