Issue New Cheque - Earlier lost

Dear Manager,

Please find enclosed mail.

The said cheque has being misplaced so, request you to Issue a new one. After writing several mails and visiting your ICICI branch for issuing new cheque the out put is zero.

Yesterday, there was sms from TM - ICICI Pru regarding this (Dear Customer, we had dispatched a payout cheque no. (136122) dated 23.3.09, for your policy (11350396) Kindly deposit the same in your a/c before 21 June 09) on my cell no 9011001171. Request to you is that as I am not having any cheque to deposit how can I do so. You can make the stop payment for the cheque and re-issue the new cheque. Bank is also not going to pay any Interest on this Rs. 7, 500 /- as I am having ICICI credit card I know very well how the bank charges.

This is an only bank who knows how to take money from Customer but for refund or reversal it is very bad.

Refund - Cancelled Policy

Dear Ms. Pooja V. Atri,

Please find enclosed my Policy cancelled on 14.3.09 because of some miss guiding from ICICI employes who visited my office in the month of March.

Today my request to you is that yet I have not got refund of this policy of Rs 7500/-.

On 24.3.09 I have received SMS on my cell that Payment of Rs. 7428.76/- for your policy (11350396) has been sent to you at your address on 24.3.2009 vide Cheque No. 136122 & AWB - 2758488854 Express IT. Last two month I am having a follow up but colleagues from ICICI bank ask me to wait for few days. Yesterday, I came to know from bank that Courier has been received by one of our employee in the office at Kondhwa on 26 March, but I am not getting that Cheque and there is no Inward entry in our register also. So, Please suggest me what to do yet that amount is not credited from your account as I have not received. In this matter please guide and look in the refund how I can get back.
