Pathetic Bank and pathetic service

This is to inform everyone that please do not bank with IDBI Bank for the simple reason that they dont know how to bank. There internet transaction facility is very poor. First they lure customers to do card to card transfer by making it free till March. Thereafter, if one does the transaction it doesnt get credited to recipient's account within a week after getting debited from the giver's account at the time of transaction only. Their customer care says that it takes 3 working days maximum. My question is either the money should go to recever's account or it should come back. But if its not at both the places after the stipulated time required, where does the money go? is IDBI rotating the money of gullible customers?
