I deposited the cash in the bank by 10:10AM and it was credited to my account by 03:00PM. Where's the service assurance given by the bank. Is the bank not responsible for it's employees not working properly. There should be some guidelines by the RBI to fine the Bank if the serivce committed is not given by the bank.

Due the there lathagic attitude I was fined Rs 221 since my cheque got bounced and the bank is not ready to accept their fault.
