I am Charankamal singh. I am account holder of IDBI bank. My account no is 191104000044040 in IDBI bank. I had applied and submiited all the documents for netbanking services at lajpat nagar, new delhi branch on 10th september.but now, i have not recieved my IDBI pin and details. I have many time call to IDBI Helpline (1800221947), They gave me the Address of Lajpat nagar, new delhi Branch, Detail given as below:

I have many times call to above numbers, they put the phone into hold, .I had also send my complain on ([email protected]), One Bhakti joshi (Customer care Expert) had contact to me and demand for my communication address and promise to send the i-pin within 7 days from the date of complain registed.
