My Wife Mrs Madhulika Shukla Purchased a Deep Discount Bond 96 in the Name of my son Shashank Shekhar Shukla who was only 5 years old. After some time she received a letter from you that please send your accounts No so that IDBI can send you the money as IDBI will not be able to countinue the same.
My wife has sent her account No and requested to send us the draft in the Name of Shashank Sekhar Shukla C/o Madhulika Shukla S/v AC-6864 (New No-10341343300) as per your certificate Nominee is Madhulika Shukla. After some time we have Received one warrant of Rs10, 000 No 1237630 Dated 19/01 but that warrant was not having the name of Madhulika Shukla and Bank refused to deposit this warrant as it was only having the Name of Shashank Shekhar Shukla. We have sent you Back the above mentioned warrant in origional on 18/08 and requested to send it back with all correction.
On 12th of September We have received a letter which was sent by Mr P A Kumar Assistant Manager IDBI Building 2nd Floor "A" Wing, Sctor 11 Plots No 39, 40, 41 CBD Belapur Navi Mumbai 400614stating that we wish to inform you that we are in receipt of the Redemption Warrant No 1237630
for Rs10, 000. The correction has been made in our records as per yuor instructions. Since the validity of theinstrument has been expaired a fresh Demand Draft in lieu of the stale ones will be sent to you shortly. Assuring you our best services at all times.
Again on 7th of Dec We have sent a letter by the fax to look in to this matter but ther was no responce from your end.
Dear Sir, since that time we are awaiting for the above mentioned Draft as well as your best services at all times??
Hence it is requested to kindly make above corrections and send us the Draft as early as you can.
