ICICI Bank rejected the Maturity Warrant

Hi,

As given on the Maturity warrant, it was submitted in ICICI Bank in my account which has Payable to my account (to be drawn at Vijaya Bank Chittoor, mentioned in warrant), But the ICICI Bank rejected the warrant saying "NOT DRAWN ON US"

Please let me know how to proceed, also the warrant expires soon.
