This is to inform you that the previous day... two unnecessary services... dialer tone and a joke service has been installed and a balance of approx 60rs. has been deducted from my prepaid balance.
please discontinue the service as soon as possible and restore the balance since i dont need these services as it has been by mistake insatlled and i have received messages regarded services successful on my cell no.i.e 9891688001.please restore my balance soon... and discontinue the service.
idea is a reputated brand and i hope it satisfies me in future by its service.
