I am an idea customer. my mobile no. is 9882152865. my problem is that i m unable to make out call for last one month. At present i am in Kerela (Ernakulam). I have contacted idea customer care cell many times also i have sent e-mail but my problem could not resolve yet. Idea people even dint reply my e-mail. I tried to contact nodle officer but he/she is not picking up the phone. Till now i had spent around Rs. 200/- for contacting the customer care cell. Pls advise me that wat should i do.
