Outgoing not activated even after 8 days from purchased

I purchased 2 new connections of idea. 1st day outgoing was Ok. But now they have barred the outgoing calls saying that your verification is negative. They have also commented that you were not available at the time of verification. Let me tell you that they havent come for any verification yet. I have called Mr. Anupam (Manager){Mob No. - 9891005527} so many times. First of all he speaks very rudely, secondly he is not doing anything. I am just fed up by calling again and again.
