Automatic dialer tone setting

I am a customer of IDEA celluler. I have got a complaint regarding their "Automatic dialer tone setting".

Two times they have imposed vulger dialer tone on my cell without having my consent. When

I asked them to discontinue they have charged & deducted 30/- which is one month charge.

Since, this incidence happened two times within a week period, therefore I am raising this issue in consumer forum. You are requested to do the needful.
