SMS DEACTIVATION PROBLEM

Respected Sir,

I am Arjun Singh. My cell no. is 9824713354. I had asked the customer care

on 4444 to de activate my sms facility on 8th March.

I had received a confirmation that the deactivation process has been

initiated. Then after some time I received an sms stating my request

cannot be processed. So I again called up 4444 and spoke to customer care.

And once again after a confirmation I received another sms stating my

request cannot be processed.

After this I again called 4444 and spoke to customer care. I told them the

whole thing that I had already asked for deactivation twice and that I

have received sms stating my request cannot be handled. The customer care

person told me my sms facility has been already deactivated that is the

reason it is not deactivating my sms.

Now today I see that a sum of 56 has been deducted and I have 500 local

sms. I had asked for deactivation but still my sms are activated.

I request you that Rs. 56 of my talktime be refunded and my sms be

deactivated. I do not want these sms.
