I have a Idea sim with 9848578976 Mobil number. Since last 2 year I was using the Mobil number. Wherever I recharge my number amount debited towards GPRS connection I never use the GRPS service on my Mobil. There was a negative balance of Rs.100 on my number plz do the need full I many time call customer care but no proper revert plz do the need full I have my query will be resolve any my balance which is debited from my number will be credited back to my Mobil
