Sir, am aji from kerala.am using idea connection for last 3 years.my idea number is 09947182540.my complaint is that idea is not having sufficient signals in our area.so that am not able to receive or make outgoing calls.i am informing the customer care executives from the last 2 years.while informing they tells that to wait for 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 like that.next time when we call after the given time, they speaks very rudely telling that it will take time.now its more than one year am telling complaints, no rectifications has been done from there side.
