Deactivation of post paid connection

On 25/07/08 i have taken the postpaid connection converted from prepaid through your agent named abishake (mob. no. 9718585405).i was told that within two days it would be activated.i have submitted my documents that is required for verification, my verification is completed.but still it was noot activated.whenever i called the agent, he didnt pick up the phone or reply negatively.i have taken the idea 699 group calling plan.my idea no. is 9891079197.it was almost 9 days but till date it was not activated.

kindly take this matter into concern, i am facing a lot of problem & your idea service persons are not respondiing anything.

i hpoe you will take this matter seriously & my no. will be activated soon.
