SIM is not Activated

Sir,

I purchase a new SIM on dated 18/08 from Nauni nearby Kalpi, Ambala, the SIM no: 9812823616. But yet there is no response, while the shopkeepr says to me it is activated within 15minutes.

so plz accept my reqest & activate my SIM asap.
