I bought a new add-on connection (9540005444) on 8th of august. on 30th of july i got a call from an idea represenative asking me to take an add on connection on my previous idea number (9911145666). he offered me a number and when i payed him the amount 250 he gave me the sim promising to activate my number the next day. but the next day i came to know that the number offered to me was already activated when i inquired the person apologised and offerd me another number (9540005444) promising to get it activated. but it got activated on 8th. then there was a verification of my address which came out to be negative.and the people de barred my services on 13th august at 8:00p.m. when i called up customer care to inquire that atleast they should have informed me before de barring my services they said that they did send me a request. when i inquired i came to know that my number was de-barred at 8:00p.m. and they did send me the message at 8:35p.m.(13th august).it was my birth day on the 14th and all my social network was hampered.

i gave in my documents on 20th august, they reverified my number on 21st august at around 3:00p.m. and i was promised that my number would be activated within 24hrs.bt till now it has not been.one of my refrence numbers with idea is (84129787).
