Cutting / Charging money without any calls from my balance

Dear Sir,

1} I am a Idea cell phone user my number is (9702423963) last Four to Five Months from now

I am getting Rechage for myy Cell Balance but without doing any calls my balance is

being reducing day by day.

2} as well as receiving simony unwanted phone call and massages (advertisements),

I am totally disturbed from this type of calls and mugs.

Please stop reducing my balance & the kind of calls and messages.
