Amount deducted from my balance without my approval

I have a prepaid mobile no. 9781784810.

On (27/10 11:10am), I have received a message that “You have been subscribe to Idea Punjabi Portal Services”.

When I check my balance, I found that Rs.30 have been deducted from my balance.

I have given no request to subscribe to Idea Punjabi Portal Services then why Rs 30 is deducted from my balance?

Please help me in this and return my amount which is deducted from my balance.
