Changing Tarrif Plans

Hi

I had just recharged my cell on the 21st of THIS month for plan e176

But on 27th morning when i am checking my balance it shows me 70 bucks (existing was 87 when i went to sleep in the night) AND MY first 2 MSGS ARE BEING CHARGED 60p and 17 rs has been deducted as you can already see.. In short my tarrif plan was changed

4 days have past by since i complained and 1 time the customer care ppl say it is their computer fault and the next day say that i sent a msg telling them to change..

It looks as tho i am SLEEP MSGIN them!!! THat is so damn ridiculous!!!

GOD ALONE KNOWS WHEN WIL THEY ADMIT IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE THAT THE TARRIF PLAN CHANGED!!
