Balance deduction

From past few days, I feel that my balance is getting deducted automatically. I checked it & found myself correct. It contunued for nearly 15-16 days.

When I contacted IDEA Customer care & complain about it, they just refused to hear my complain. They asked me to get the call details from their Office & then verify it.

I went to IDEA office (CP, New Delhi) on 21-Oct to get the call details. I receive a ref number (88869347) by message on 24-Oct, and they promise me to provide these details by 29-Oct.

But I am still waiting for my call details.

Pleas help me, what should I do now? Can I take any legal action against company's irresponsible attitude, and not listening to their customer proper;y.
