Activation of traffic alert service again and again even after my refusal

Hi,

I am an existing customer of idea and i am not at all happy with the help provided by the customer care centre. I have called up the idea customer care four times for the cancellation of traffic alerts service but it is not done so. this is the fourth time for which i have been charged for this service which i don't want.this is the sheer irresponsibilty of the custumer care people! being a student i cannot bear the charges of traffic alerts service which i actually do not want. Thus i want that Traffic Alerts service of idea gets deactivated as soon as possible!
