Didnt receive the free talk time

I received an SMS from IZ-Rs251TT which said that I would get a talk time of Rs.251 for free after answering a simple question. Even after spending Rs.255 on 85 SMS's I did not receive any talk time.

I have already complained twice and no action has been taken.
