Idea is deducting amounts of GPRS on it's own, i had activated my GPRS on 4th june & called to customer care executive to deactivate my GPRS on 4th june itself, he asked me to send a MSG to 12345 to, as he said i have sent my msg, but till today 17june they have not deactivated my GPRS, they are continously deducting the amount & on asking the same thing on12th june they are playing a game that they didn't received any SMS from me, they are just palying with the customer money, to activate they will take 5-10 min & on deactivation they want 3-4 days.
