Debiting charges withous permission

I have idea's card. last month i.e. in the month of may i had recharged with rs.89/- sms voucher. after that in the next month they have charged me a 89/- more and renew my sms pack without my permission and without informing.now my balance is in nagative. and they r saying that this is auto renewal system. please take some action against them.
