Stopped migration from old to new tarif

Idea has lonched new good tarif which is applicable only for new customers...

and they are telling us to change the sim to get the use of new tarif ..

but we r not in the condition to change the number... according to govt rule we can migrate for any new tarif from the existing tarif my no is 9964006247... i had called idea on 14/7/09, even idea custmer is refusing to take complant about this, they are telling that they have not get updates from govt about this...
