I have a postpaid connection with idea. the number is 91-9747400103. I believe that i am what they call as a silver customer.
5 months before i activated a package of Rs 50 which reduces the call charges. the first bill showed double the amount. when i contacted their customer care they said its a mistake and said they will refund the money. well they did.
but the second month the same thing happened. and again i had to go there and correct the issue. this time they promised that it wont repeat. i took their word and came back but again and again the same mistake is happening and i don't know what to do.
i am thinking of disconnecting the connection and go for any other providers if i am not getting my problem solved. is there any suggestion that any one can give me on this. i have heard about TRAI but really don't know whwther it helps or how to approach them.
can any one helpme on this!!!???
