I am a customer of idea cellular prepaid of delhi.there is a scheme if internet service of Rs.5 for 24 hours. For its activation I sended many times sms to no.546666 but it is not activated.and this no is not accepting sms.when i talked to coustmercare no.9891012345, they tell us that now 5 rupee scheme has replaced by Rs.20
Though the anouncement in their aidvertisement at cusomer care no. is continue for Rs.5/24 hours. How both are possible? Idea is cheating me.the scheme of Rs.5 should be activated at any cost for their old customer.
Take an appropriate action against idea cellular prepaid of delhi.
