The outgoing was bared even after depositing the money

I converted my idea prepaid sim to postpaid sevice and submited the required amount of 500/- to My idea Manisha tele services marris road Aliagrh on 03/09/09 with reciept no. U/09-10:2573212 dated 03/09/09. On 25/09/09 my outgoing was bared because the money which I paid 22 days before was not deposited to my account
