i have been dissconnect sms pack from decembar but company wiil be continue charg in my bill after complain they credit amount in my account but not unsbscribe permanently and they activate idea to idea call pack without my request and charge my bill after compalin it is unsbsribe but amount charged yet please help me.thanking you
